Booking and Payment
- You must make all bookings in advance directly through our website, by calling us, or via WhatsApp at +971 56 496 8090.
- We will send you a confirmation email or SMS upon successful booking.
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved digital payment methods.
- We quote prices in Saudi Riyal, and they include any applicable taxes.
Cancellations
- Customers must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- We may cancel or change bookings because of unexpected events, like vehicle breakdowns, driver illness, or safety issues.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must behave respectfully and comply with local laws. If a customer causes any damage to the vehicle or property, we will charge additional fees.
- Customers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time.
- Customers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.
Company Responsibilities
- We commit to providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services. Therefore, our vehicles are regularly maintained, and our drivers are trained and licensed
- Your safety is our priority. Also, all passengers are required to wear seatbelts at all times
